My name is Debbie and I live in Fife, Scotland, with my family and our Border Collies. One of my earliest childhood memories is of my 1st Border Collie with the very popular name of Shep, who would run with my dad when he was doing his athletic training.

Over the last 40 years I have been lucky to have had a variety of pets, most of which came into my home when I married and had my own children. We have had everything from the smallest fish, rats, rabbits, birds to our largest laziest pet of all which was a greyhound called Max.

Over those years all I ever wanted was a Border Collie. So twelve years ago we got our first dog for our children, and of course it had to be a Border Collie. He was pure white with just a red spot on top of his head and we called him Spook. From that day on our lives have not been the same and we now have 3 Border Collies and I am looking for my fourth.

Our dogs sleep in the house and are part of our family and these very intelligent, affectionate and energetic dogs keep us all on our toes. Fearne only sleeps in her kennel if she has a litter to care for, but has her pups in the house where they stay for the first few days.
