After
feeding Spooky and Buzz on dried commercial food
a friend suggested that I try them on the B.A.R.F.
diet. I hesitated at first with the thought of
giving them raw meat and having to prepare veggie
pulp. I thought it would take up more time and
be more expensive than just dishing out the dry
food, but it isn't and I soon got into a routine.
I would never go back to feeding commercial dog
food now that I have seen the improvements in
my dogs coats, their health and energy. (I feed
pups a mix of dried puppy food and B.A.R.F.)
Feeding
B.A.R.F. to your dogs is giving them as close
to the natural diet that they would eat if they
were living in the wild. When a wolf or wild dog
kills for it's dinner it would also eat what was
in the stomach of the dead animal. Veggie pulp
is our way of reproducing the stomach contents.
By
no means am I an expert on the B.A.R.F. diet,
but I have found the ingrediants that work for
my dogs and me. Everything I know about B.A.R.F.
has come from my friend and the internet. There
are alot of good websites with B.A.R.F. information
on them.
