long do I own the Domain Name? |

domain Name and hosting package are registered for 2years.
When the 2 years are nearly up we will contact you to see
if you would like to have your domain Name and hosting package
re-registered for another 2 years |

Domain Name I want is not available? |
|
| If the
Domain Name you would like is not available, we will assist
you in finding a suitable Domain Name for your Website. |

I
have free webspace from my internet service provider, can
I use this? |

| Yes,
you can use your free webspace to host your website, we would
always suggest that it is better for a business or orginsation
to have there own Domain Name and Hosting package. Using your
free webspace does make the option of having a website cheaper
as you are not paying for a Domain Name and Hosting. This
is ideal for a hobby site, wedding album, birthday photos
site etc. |

Will
I have an email address? |
|
| When
I register your Domain Name and Hosting package this comes
with 1 to unlimited email addresses, depending on the package.
The email address will be in the form of anything@yourdomainname.co.uk
or .com or .net etc |

I
don't know how many pages I will need? |
|
| You might
think you need 6 pages, but once we talk to you about your
website weI could suggest you only need 4, but then again
you might need 7. Once we speak to you about your website
and its content we will suggest the number of pages weI think
you need. We will not make extra pages that your website doesn't
need. |

How
many photos can I have in a Photo Album? |
|
| You can
have 12 photos in a Photo Album, if your website needs it
you can have more than 1 Photo Album. |

How
do I send you my photos and text for my website? |
|
| Photos
can be emailed as jpg attachments, or saved onto CD and posted
or original photos can be posted. If original photos are posted
they will be returned after being scanned and edited for inclusion
in your website, this does increase the price slightly. Text
can be typed into an email or emailed as a word document attachment
(the quickest way) or posted. |

I
don't like the sample design you have made me? |
|
| That
is ok, your in put is very important for your website. We
will make a few draft pages which you can choose from and
colours etc. can be changed until you feel happy with your
site. |

When
and how do I pay for my Website? |
|
| Once
you are happy with the first page 50% of your account is due,
we will then purchase your Domain Name and Hosting. The remaining
50% of your account is due on completion of your Website.
You can pay online using Nochex ot PayPal secure payments
system, we will also accept UK cheques and local clients may
also pay with cash. |

How
do I view my website as it is being created?
|

| Once
you become a client we will give you an address where you
can view your website. |

My
Website will need updated on a weekly/monthly basis? |
|
| That
is ok, we can update your website within 48 hrs. this can
be arranged for an annual fee (which works out cheaper than
paying for each update) once we have spoken with you about
your requirements. |

| What
about keywords and search engines? |
|
| We will
insert specific keywords and meta tags in your website so
search engines can find you. We will also list your websites
with a number of search engines and relevant directories |
